The Weeping Stone Catacombs

 

 

If you use the same tactics here that you used in the Trash Warrens, then you'll do fine.  Get the cranium rats to log-jam in narrow passages and you can kill them in small chunks.  If you let them gang up on you, you'll be dealing with lightning spells as well as melee attacks.  I suggest loading up on cures before going down here.

There are a ton of skulls down here. All of them are useless. If you're looking for skulls to satisfy Lothar's requirements, then you'll have to find named skulls in the Dead Nations (e.g. Silent King, Stale Mary, Hargrimm, or Soego).

Gris is in the Crypt of the Embraced (see map), and you will have to learn how to talk to the dead before you can chat with him (see Stale Mary in the Dead Nations about learning how to talk with dead).

In the Shattered Crypt, you'll find some goodies.

Glyve, in one of the hallways, wants you to find a magical flask of water from the Dead Nations.  You'll have to talk to Chad about it when you see him. You will have to learn how to talk to the dead before you can chat with him (see Stale Mary in the Dead Nations about learning how to talk with dead)

In the Mosaic Crypt, you can use the prybar to open the chest.  There is a magic sledgehammer there.  There is a severed arm in the Crypt of Dismemberment.

The Punch Daggers of Moorin are in the Shattered Crypt.

On to the Dead Nations.
