The items you find at level hard sell for massive amounts of JINK, JINK, JINK, JINK! Undersigil on the other hand is ok when it comes to making money, but GREAT when it comes to earning EXP, EXP, EXP, EXP! Thus: Rubicon Testing Grounds = Ok EXP, Much JINK.
