BUT you CAN buy the teeth of the Viper from Vrisicka, although she sells them for around 2 or 3 times the price Marta does. 2. I have heard about not being able to go to UnderSigil, or something like that, but I could get in at the very end, so I dunno. I'm pretty sure you can get into the buried village multiple times. And yes, I don't think you can get back into the outer planes (unless you can go back through Ravel's maze, using the portal.) Other than that, I don't know of any places you can't go back to.
