You can make the various groups stop fighting, but the monsters will keep coming it seems, but on the other hand I have never tried to keep killing the monster spawn off. Next time I arrive there I will do that, for this time I am preparing ALOT and should be almost invincible when I reach Carceri ha ha ha!
