Unfortunately I don't understand them all, and probably don't have enough in-depth knowledge... But I can try...
A) I believe you can only raise one follower at the end, and only through dialogue with TTO
B) The Blind Archer was... Just some guy following you I think...
C) Morte's death probably wouldn't be that interesting... Probably pretty similar to Dak'kon's...
