You have nothing with you when you first wake up. The Ancient Copper Earring's in a locked cabinet on the east side on the second floor of the Mortuary. You have your eyeball and Morte's teeth. There's bandages in the room where you wake up as well as a scalpel. Loot every container that turns blue. Have fun with the game, it's great.
