The Outlands
I found that using the Justifier on the
grilligs and gronks was more effective than anything else. Every hit i made was causing 20-40 hps in damage,
so it didn't take long to clean up this area.
Talk to Fhjull and get some cool spells,
some healing, and rest. He will also give you some Cerebral Parasites, which you should load up on for the endgame. You will need super high Int and Wis to get a satisfactory ending. He will tell you about a lot of stuff and then show you the portal to Baator. Make sure he tells you how to get OUT of Baator, or you'll be sacrificing something for that information.
