Charm of Infinite Recall --
the first one you find is in a crate in the Alley of Dangerous Angles
Rauk's rings -- one in each
of the three tents in the Alley of D.A.
Porphiron's beads -- red and
black thugs outside of the SCB to the left
Nestor's fork -- One-Ear has
it over to the west of the Flophouse
Remove curse scroll -- Mebbeth
has one in the Ragpicker's Square and you can also buy one at the Civic Festhall in the Clerk's Ward (from Splinter)
Portal junk -- can be found
in the building in the middle of the Ragpicker's Square
+2AC Amber Earrings -- Mebbeth will give you these when you finish mage training in Ragpicker's Square
Finger bone -- a guy called
Marrow-Friend has it outside the building with the junk in Ragpicker's Square
Bronze Sphere -- in the Drowned
Nations (see map)
Your Intestines -- Marta the
Seamstress in the Buried Village will rip them out of you if you like and you get a nice ring
Venom Tooth -- Marta will sell this to you after she rips your intestines out.
Uhir's Knife -- the Knifed
Ghoul has it in the Dead Nations
Chad -- in the Weeping Stones
Catacombs laying right near the door to the Dead Nations
Magic Sledgehammer -- in the
Mosaic Crypt
Your Severed Arm -- in the

Necklace of Hollow Teeth -- The necklace is found right outside Marta's house in a refuse pile, coordinates 1049, 1680 if you hit "L" on the keyboard for location. You do not need to talk to Gris first to obtain this. (credits to Gary Strand!)

Rod of Modron Might -- found in the Modron Maze.
Heartgrinder -- You get this from the fiend that you set loose in the grain silo in Curst. You have to ask for a reward.
Axe of the Jester -- Found in a locked and booby-trapped chest in Crumplepunch's house.
Oculars -- You can find various oculars in the Modron Maze. Only Nordom can use them.
Spiked Gauntlets of Ogre Power -- found in the Seige Tower.
Dreambuilder Birdcage -- found in the Seige Tower.
Blade of the Immortal -- found in the Seige Tower.
Celestial Fire -- you get this from Trias in the Prison -- or in Carceri if you didn't get it in the Prison.
Wish Spell -- It is in the warehouse with Ebb Creakness in Carceri. It is to the left of the door, hidden in some junk at coordinates X391, Y289(thanks Timmy O'Toole!)
