- Go to the Clerk's Ward.
- Head north in the Clerk's Ward to the Civic Festhall.
- Inside, speak to the big man called Splinter and ask about the
sensoriums. He will tell you that the private sensorium is only
available to members of the Sensates. Or, you can ask about the Sensates.
- You should now have an option to ask Splinter to join.
